摘要
基于对当前黄河河口所面临形势的分析,提出了包括综合调配处理黄河入海泥沙、改良三角洲地区土壤环境、科学塑造河口地貌、实现河口三角洲岸线动态平衡、强化科技支撑作用、理顺黄河河口水行政管理的范围和权限等六个方面的21世纪黄河河口治理策略。
Based on the analysis of situation faced by estuary of Yellow River at present, suggestions are made for the strategy of harnessing river estuary in the 21st century, including six aspects of integrated regulation of sediment entering into the sea, restoration of soil environment in delta area, reformation of estuary landscape in a scientific way, realizing shoreline dynamic balance in estuary delta, strengthening science and technology support and coordinating functions and roles of water administration.
