摘要
采用单片机技术和双向晶闸管过零触发交流调压电路研制出抽油机新型实用的节能控制器。介绍了抽油机的负荷特点和节能原理 ,较详细论述了控制器的硬件组成电路 ,并给出了系统主要软件程序的流程图。
New oil drawing energysaving controller is developed by use of single chip computer technology and two way thyristor zero trigger alternating voltage regulation circuit. This paper presents load property and energysaving principle of oil drawing machine, carefully discusses hardware circuit of controller, and gives out flowchart of major system software.
