摘要
为了提高PCB平面螺旋线圈的互感系数,对两种不同形状的PCB平面螺旋线圈进行了分析计算,并将互感系数较佳的长方形PCB平面螺旋线圈制作成实验模型,对该模型进行了试验测试,实验结果表明:在额定电压为100A时,其测量准确级达到IEC 60044-8标准的要求(0.2级),其抗干扰能力也较强。
To improve mutual inductance of spiral coil, two different shapes of the PCB spiral coil were analyzed and calculated, and the better mutual inductance of the rectangular PCB spiral coil made into experimental model which were testedoThe experiment indicates that the accuracy of the PCB spiral coil current transducer can reach to IEC 60044-8 standams(0.2 class) under the rated current of 100A,and the anti-electromagnetic interference ability is better
