摘要
当前,世界各国都在努力推进反贫困进程。我国是社会主义国家,消除贫困,实现共同富裕,是社会主义本质要求,党和政府一直致力于探索农村扶贫问题。尽管取得了一些成就,但是贫困问题,尤其是农村的贫困问题,依然十分严峻。新形势下,大力发展农村文化产业,实施文化扶贫战略,是加快贫困地区发展,实现农村反贫困战略的有效路径。
Currently,various countries are all diligently advancing the counter-impoverished advancement.Our country is a socialist country,and to eliminate poverty and realize common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism.The Party and the government devote continuously in helping the poor of the countryside.Although we have obtained some achievements,the impoverished problem especially the countryside problem is poverty,is still extremely stern.Under the new situation,there is an effective way of speeding up the poor area development and realizing countryside counter-impoverished strategy,which is to develop the countryside cultural industry vigorously and to carry out the strategy to help the poor in the cultural area.
