摘要
在水润滑条件下,对改性聚醚醚酮复合材料齿轮副啮合时的非稳态热弹流润滑机理进行了数值模拟研究,并将计算结果与等温时变解的啮合点压力、膜厚等进行了对比。结果表明,水润滑条件下,复合材料齿轮的啮合点处存在弹流润滑;在考虑温度场的情况下,水膜压力受温度的影响不大,而轮齿啮入点一侧的膜厚要比等温解的膜厚小,而在啮出点一侧则正好相反。
The composite material gear is manufactured with modified PEEK materia1.The transient thermal EHL solution of composite material gear is obtained by numerical simulation analysis in water lubrication conditions.The simulation result of the composite material gear is compared with that of the isothermal solutions.The results show that the meshing water film pressure by the influence of the temperature of is small,the film thickness of the approach action point side is thinner than the isothermal solutions and it is opposite in the recess action point side.
