摘要
重点研究了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动蜗轮滚刀的数字化建模方法,基于坐标变换、啮合原理推导了蜗轮滚刀基本蜗杆的齿面方程、滚刀刃口方程和后刀面方程。找到了一种在MATLAB中基于获得轴向截廓数据的建模方法,最后在SolidWorks中建立了蜗轮滚刀的三维实体模型。
Focuses on the digital modeling methods of the worm-wheel hob-cutter in double plane enveloping toroidal worm drive system,based on the coordinate transformation and the meshing principles,the hob basic worm tooth surface equations,cutting edge equations,flank face equations and worm-wheel tooth surface equations are derived.A modeling approach based on obtaining the data of worm hob axial section is found.Finally,the 3-D solid model of the hob-cutter is built by SolidWorks software.
