低灰熔点煤质锅炉燃烧调整降低NO_x排放试验研究 被引量:5

NO_x Emission Reduction Experiments Research by Combustion Adjustment on Boiler Burning Low Ash Fusion Point Coal

摘要 为控制NOx排放及锅炉的安全运行,在420 t/h锅炉上进行了燃烧调整试验。通过改变磨煤机运行方式、氧量、二次风配风方式、燃尽风开度、锅炉负荷等因素,研究不同工况下NOx排放浓度变化规律,并最终确定了燃用低灰熔点煤质时锅炉安全经济运行工况。试验表明,对于燃用低灰熔点煤质的锅炉,在保证锅炉安全性和保持锅炉效率的前提下,通过燃烧调整可降低NOx排放浓度15%。 The combustion adjustment experiments for NOx emission reduction and safe operation of boiler were performed on a 420t/h boiler. By changing the factors such as the coal pulverizer operation code, oxygen content, the distribution of second-air, the over fire air and the boiler load, the regularity of NOx emission concentration in different working conditions were studied, and the safe and economic operation condition of boiler burning low ash fusion point coal was determined.' The results indicates that, for the boiler burning low ash fusion point coal, the NOx emissions can be reduced by 15% through combustion adjustment on the premise of a certain boiler efficiency and the boiler safety.
