摘要
振兴二矿11071工作面煤层具有松软、透水性差、底板起伏大等特殊条件,针对采取通常的煤层注水技术防尘效果较差的问题,对特殊条件煤层注水防尘的钻孔布置方式及注水效果进行了研究。采取在回风平巷布置顺层长孔注水,在煤层底板起伏较大的区域布置高位钻孔注水及工作面布置短孔注水的方式并结合实践经验,确定了钻孔的主要技术参数。钻孔布置方式及其钻孔技术参数改进后,采煤工作面除尘率由以往的40%提高到63.44%。
The coal seam in No. 11071 working face of Zhenxing No.2 Mine had complicated conditions of softness, poor-permeability and floor undulation.According to the poor dust control effect with usual water injection technology,the borehole layout mode and the effect of water injection were studied for coal seam under complicated condition.The boreholes drilling along seam were arranged along the tailgate and the high level borehole was arranged in the coal seam with floor undulation for water injection.The short boreholes were arranged along the working face for water injection.Combined with practical experience, the major technical parameters of borehole were determined.After the improvement of borehole layout mode and its technical parameters, the average of dustproof ratio of working face was raised from 40% to 63.44%.
