以惰性气体为发泡剂的注塑发泡实验与数据分析

Experiment and Data Analysis on Injection Foaming Experiment with Inert Gas as Foaming Agent

摘要 以惰性气体为发泡剂使用3种材料进行注塑发泡实验,研究工艺参数对减小制品重量的影响。实验采用正交设计方法,对实验结果进行了分析。分析表明:注气压力、塑化长度和机筒温度对制品减重百分数有较大影响;在相同工艺条件下,加工聚丙烯材料将得到较大的注气量和制品减重百分数。通过分析还得到了各参数对减重的影响趋势图和实验范围内的最佳工艺参数。 An injection foaming experiment with inert gas as foaming agent was conducted. Three kinds of plastics material were used to probe the influences of technique parameters on product's weight reduction. The experiment followed orthographic method and then experiment data were analyzed. Analysis results revealed that gas inject pressure, plasticizing length and barrel temperature had more evident influences. Under the same process conditions,A larger gas injection rate and product weight less percentage were obtained by processing the playprogylone material. The tendencies of the parameters influences on weight reduction were illustrated and the best technique parameters within experiment parameter value range were listed after analysis also.
