无症状高尿酸血症2型糖尿病患者尿酸与尿微量蛋白肌酐比的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过观察无症状高尿酸血症(HUA)的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者尿酸水平(SUA)和尿微量蛋白肌酐比(ACR)的关系,探讨HUA同早期糖尿病肾脏损伤的联系。方法无症状的HUA的T2DM患者,排除糖尿病视网膜病变(DR),根据SUA进行四分位,测定血压、化验SUA、血肌酐(SCr)、ACR。结果以SUA四分位由低到高分为ABCD组①各组在年龄、BMI、HbA1c水平无统计学差异。②合并HUA的T2DM患者均超重。③以D组作为对照组,各组血压呈现增加趋势,A组和D组收缩压(SBP)比较有统计学差异,A组、B组和D组舒张压(DBP)比较有统计学差异。④以D组作为对照组,各组ACR呈现增加趋势,A、B、C组和D组比较有统计学差异,A、B、C组间比较没有统计学差异。⑤Pearson回归显示SUA水平与SBP、DBP、ACR呈正相关。结论 SUA可能参与了高血压、早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生发展,应进行早期干预治疗。
