内在动机与员工绩效:基于工作投入的中介效应 被引量:46

Intrinsic Motivation and Employee Performance:Based on the Effects of Work Engagement as Intermediary

摘要 内在动机是现代心理学和行为研究的热点问题,工作投入与员工绩效也是管理理论界和实践部门长期关注的重点,而有关它们三者之间关系方面的研究却很少。本文构建了内在动机、工作投入与员工绩效之间关系的模型,实证研究结果表明:内在动机对工作投入和员工绩效具有显著的正向预测作用;工作投入在内在动机对员工绩效的影响活动中具有部分中介作用。 Intrinsic motivation has become a hot issue in modern psychology and behavior researches while work engagement and employee performance have long been a focus in both theoretical and practical fields, but the relationship among the three factors are seldom researched. By establishing a model of the relationship among the three factors, this paper empirically finds that intrinsic motivation can positively predict work engagement and employee performance and that work engagement in intrinsic motivation on performance plays a part in mediating the effect.
