跨流域引水期间受水水库引水与供水联合调度研究 被引量:31

摘要 针对跨流域引水工程中受水水库引水与供水联合调度问题,建立了供水量最大与引水效率最高的多目标联合调度模型,并将其分解成两个单目标调度模型,应用长系列模拟优化的方法,求解受水水库引水与供水联合调度图及其调度规则。以大伙房水库输水应急入连工程规划为基础,采用本文建立的模型方法对其受水水库碧流河水库进行实例研究,先后求解引水期间水库最大可供水量以及如何高效引水的问题。结果表明,进行联合优化调度后,可提高跨流域引水的有效性,从而增加受水水库的综合效益。 Aiming at the joint operation of water transfer-supply for the reservoir in intake area in inter-ba- sin water transfer project, a multi-object operation model has been established on the basis of the maxi- mum water supply and the highest efficiency for diversion. The model is resolved into two single-objective operation models, and then the joint operation chart and its operation rule for water transfer-supply are as- certained by using long series simulation and optimization. Based on the planning of diversion project, the proposed model approaches were used to research the related issues about water transfer-supply for Biliuhe reservoir. The ease study shows that after the optimal operation, it could improve the diversion efficiency and increase the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir in intake area.
