摘要
为了研究植物蛋白部分替代鱼粉对中华鳖的饲喂效果,选取360只初重为(4.26±0.14)g的甲鱼苗,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,饲以6种等蛋白、等脂肪饲料,分别为:鱼粉对照组(CD,52.5%鱼粉),混合植物蛋白组(MP,45%鱼粉+13.8%混合植物质白),菜籽粕组(RS),45%鱼粉+17%菜籽粕,棉籽粕组(CS,45%鱼粉+12.6%棉籽粕),葵仁粕组(SF,45%鱼粉+13.25%葵仁粕)和豆粕组(SB,45%鱼粉+12%豆粕)。进行为期60 d的养殖试验。结果表明:MP组和CD组成活率相当,显著高于其他组别(P<0.05);MP组、SB组增重率和饲料转化率低于CD组,不同程度高于其他组别(P<0.05或P>0.05);MP组和CD组全甲粗蛋白质含量相当,且高于其他组别(P<0.05或P>0.05);MP组蛋白酶活力不同程度高于其他组别(P<0.05或P>0.05);MP中华鳖中肠绒毛膜的高度、密度均优于其他组别。由此可见,本试验下,以生长性能、体组成、消化力为评估指标,中华鳖饲料中使用混合植物蛋白部分替代鱼粉是可行的。
To determine the effects of fish meal partial replaced by plant protein in diets on growth performance, body composition and digestive ability of juvenile Chinese soft-shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis),360 turtles with (4.26 ± 0.14)g initial weight were allotted to six groups, fed six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic complete diets for 60 days, includ-ing the control fish meal diet (CD,52.5% fish meal)and five treatment diets:MP (45% fish meal+13.8 mixed),RS(45% fish meal+17% rapeseed meal),CS(45% fish meal+12.6% cottonseed meal),SF(45% fish meal+13.25% sunfloeer meal) and SB (45% fish meal+12% soybean meal).Results showed that:survival rate of CD and MP were similar and those were higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05).Weight gain (WG)and feed efficiency ratio (FER)of MPand SB were Lower than CD, higher than the other group(P 〈 0.05 or P 〉 0.05).The percent of body protein of CD and MP were similar and those were higher than other groups (P 〈 0.05 or P 〉 0.05).The protease activities of MP were higher than that of other group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〉 0.05).The density of chorion and the intestinal depth of MP were higher than those of other groups.Therefore, fish meal partial replaced by mixed plant proteins meal was feasible in this study.
