摘要
从一起电厂中因旋转分离器变频器发出的谐波窜入电源,导致连接在同电气节点的给煤机变频器受干扰而行为异常,最终造成跳闸并触发跳机的事件入手,着重分析了变频器及其输入输出回路在特定情况下对外送出谐波的机理,并通过数学建模及仿真计算,复现了异常时的现场波形,进而从理论上研究不同参数下送出的谐波量值的变化,最终为研究电源端抑制变频器谐波干扰和提高变频器抗扰能力的对策提供理论依据。
In a power, plant, the harmonic generated by the converter for rotary separator channeled into the power source, which interfered with the converter for coal feeder connected to the same electrical node and resulted in the abnormal behavior of the converter and consequently the outage of unit. Therefore, this paper emphatically analyzes the mechanism how the converter and its I/0 circuit send out harmonic in a particular condition. Then the site experi mental wave was reproduced based on the mathematic model and simulation calculation, and the difference on quantity value of harmonic was further researched theoretically, with a view to providing the theoretical foundation to research how to restrain converter harmonic on power end and improve the ability of anti-interference for converter.
