旅游消费市场形成的两个重要因素是收入和时间。高校教师作为收入较高、文化素质较高,每年又拥有两个带薪假期的一个特殊群体,有着强烈的外出旅游愿望,旅游消费已逐渐成为高校教师消费的热点。高校教师旅游市场具有很大的开发价值,各个相关部门应根据高校教师旅游需求及消费特征,开发适销对路的旅游产品,并注意提高产品和服务的质量,运用灵活的营销手段进行宣传促销,为开拓高校教师这一旅游客源市场创造条件。
The formation of tourism consumption market depends on two important factors: income and time. College teachers are a special group who own higher incomes, higher cultural qualities and two paid holidays each year and have strong traveling motivations. Tourism consumption becomes a hotspot, so there is a great value in college teacher group. All relevant de- partments should develop the marketable tourism products and focus on the quality of services which are based on the college teachers' travel demands and consumption features. In addition, the departments could use flexible promotional marketing tools for the development of college teachers to create favorable conditions for the tourist market.
