摘要
研究了β-苯乙醇为原料,心血管药物的重要中间体对氨基苯乙醇的合成新工艺。通过酯化、硝化、水解、还原四步反应,对氨基苯乙醇的总摩尔收率达到66.4%,含量为99.77%(HPLC法)。产物结构经熔点、GC-MS确证。新工艺具有很大工业化应用价值。
The new synthesis process for 2-(4-aminophenyl) ethanol,a key intermediate of cardiovascular drugs,was studied using β-phenylethanol as raw material.Through four step reactions such as esterification,nitrification,hydrolysis,and reduction,the total yield of 2-(4-aminophenyl) ethanol reached 66.4%,and the HPLC purity was 99.77%.The product structure was identified with melting point and GC-MS.The new technology has great industrialized application value.
