摘要 针对柔性直流输电系统(VSC-HVDC)的IGBT阀的功率开关管开路故障问题,分析了系统IGBT阀开路故障的运行特性,得到了交流故障电流的变化规律,证明了功率开关管开路故障导致网侧电流出现直流分量的原因。提出一种基于故障电流特征的诊断定位方法,通过滑动统计各相电流在一个工频周期内的"0标记"数值可以确定故障所在相,依据故障相电流直流分量的正负号可以判定故障元件的位置。仿真算例的结果表明,文中方法可以实时准确地确定故障位置,且诊断结果不受输电功率大小的影响。 Aiming at the open-circuit failure of power switch in voltage sourced converters high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) system, the operating characteristic of IGBT open-circuit failure is analyzed and the variation law of AC fault current is studied. The reason of power grid alternating current containing direct current component is proved when open-circuit fault occurs. A fault diagnosis method based on current characteristics is put forward. According to the value of slipping calculation near-zero current samples named as 'zero sign' in a period, the fault phase is determined at first. The fault power switch is located based on the DC components of fault phase current being positive or negative. The results of simulation example show that the method presented in this paper can locate the faults in real time accurately and diagnosis results are not affected by transmitted power.
