摘要
新春采油厂排601区块油藏埋深450~600m,为受构造控制的岩性稠油油藏。针对该区块稠油热采井存在的技术难题,根据紧密堆积理论、颗粒级配原理以及低温活性材料复配技术,研制出了由增强料ZQL-1、增强剂ZQJ-1以及其他水泥外加剂组成的抗高温长效固井水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系在低温下具有流变性好、API失水小、稠化时间可调等特点,水泥石具有抗高温强度衰退性能,该水泥浆在该油田已成功固井7井次,测井结果表明,有效提高了固井质量。
Pal601 oil reservoir depth 450-600m, is lithology heavy oil reservoir controlled by tectonic in Xinchun oilfield. For heavy oil thermal recovery wells existed technical problems, according to the theo- ry of close packing, particle size distribution theory and complex with low activity materials technology, developed a long--term high temperature slurry system. The system consists of enhanced material ZQL-- 1, enhancer ZQJ--1 and the other composed of cement admixtures. The slurry system with good rheologi- cal properties. API water loss is small, thickening time is adjustable at low temperature, high--tempera- ture strength with anti--recession cement performance. This system had been successfully application in 7 wells, logging the results show that, to effectively improve the cementing quality.
