儿童轻微外伤后基底节梗死2例报道及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 小儿轻微头颅外伤十分常见,多表现为脑震荡、皮下血肿等,由此引起基底节区梗死的并不多见,约占儿童缺血性脑梗死的2%[1]。但基底节梗死引起的肢体瘫痪、语言障碍、癫发作[2]等,严重影响患儿身心健康。目前国内有关轻微外伤后基底节区梗死的报道多见于20世纪90年代,主要集中于对临床表现、影像学特点、传统治疗方法的总结及发病机制的初步探讨。
