摘要
采用两相流混合模型和Realizable k-ε湍流模型,对辐流式沉淀池液固两相流力学特性进行二维数值模拟.采用有限体积法离散微分方程;速度与压力耦合求解使用了压力隐式算子分裂(Pressure-Implicit with Splitting of Operators,PISO)算法.通过模拟获得了速度场、紊动能和污泥质量浓度等参量在空间的分布规律,并根据模拟结果分析讨论了挡板距离与挡板长度对流场和污泥沉淀特性的影响.模拟结果在一定程度上反映了沉淀池内部水力参数的变化规律,表明所采用模型是研究辐流式沉淀池液固两相力学特性的一种有效方法.
The two-phase mixture model and the realizable k-ε turbulent model are used to study the solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow and sludge concentration distribution in a circular secondary clarifier.The finite volume method is used to discretize the differential equations;the coupling velocity and pressure equations are solved with the pressure-implicit with splitting of operators(PISO) algorithm.By the simulation,the velocity and the turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate and solid distribution in a circular secondary clarifier are obtained.According to the analysis of simulation results,the influence of the distance between the two baffles and the length of the baffles on the flow field and the sludge settling characteristics are discussed.The simulation results are in good agreement with physical phenomenon,so as to indicate that the model can well simulate the hydraulic characteristics of circular secondary clarifier.
