摘要
通过彻底地调查桦三节叶蜂在湖北的分布及危害程度,明确了桦三节叶蜂在湖北的发生范围和危害程度。采取野外观察与室内饲养相结合的方式,掌握了其生物学特性,发现了该虫触角上的6种感器,探明了嗅觉感器的类型与性别之间的关系,总结出了其幼虫在林内和树内的分布规律,建立了桦三节叶蜂整株和分层抽样技术。调查研究了该虫的主要天敌种类和寄生率,发现了6种寄生性天敌,3种重寄生天敌。采取3%高渗苯氧威乳油、1.2%烟碱.苦参碱乳油等无公害农药对幼虫开展防治试验,筛选出了防效优良的药剂。对各种有效防治措施进行科学组装,建立了无公害的防控技术体系。
The occurrence area and injury extent of Arge pullata in Hubei Province was investigated thoroughly. The biological characteristics was mastered, six kinds of antennal sensilla were observed, the relationship between the type of olfactory sensilla and gender was proved, the distribution rule of its lar- vae in the forest and tree was summed up, and whole and stratified sampling techniques of Arge pullata was established through field observation and indoor breeding. According to the investigation of the natu- ral enemies and parasitism rate of the pest, six kinds of parasitic natural enemies and three species of hy- perparasitic natural enemies were identifed. Control test of pest larvae were carried out by Non--polluted pesticide such as high permeation fenoxycarb 3% EC, matrine-nicotine 1.2%EC, and pesticides with good effects were screened out. Nuisanceless control technology system was established by scientifical assemble of various effective control technology.
