摘要
以过热蒸汽为传热介质和保护性气体,在热处理温度为150℃、165℃、180℃、195℃、210℃,热处理时间为2h、4h、6h、8h、10h的条件下对日本落叶松木材进行高温热处理,研究日本落叶松木材在不同热处理条件下的颜色变化。结果表明,随着热处理温度升高和热处理时间延长,日本落叶松木材颜色明度值L*降低,红绿色品指数a*和黄蓝色品指数b*降低,与未处理对照材相比,色饱和度差值△C逐渐增加,光泽度Ag*变化不明显,总体色差值△E值增长,与热处理时间相比,热处理温度对日本落叶松木材颜色变化的影响更显著。
Larix kaempfer wood was heat treated at temperature of 150℃,165℃, 180℃, 195℃, 210℃, and duration of 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h,10h, with the superheated steam as a shielding gas and heating medium. The color variance at different heat- treatment conditions is studied. The results show that L*, a* and b* decreases, AC and AE goes up, Ag* does not change obviously with the temperature and duration increases, compared with untreated wood. The influence of heat treatment temperature is more significant than that of heat treatment duration to the color variance of Larix kaempfer wood.
