摘要
目的建立应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定穿心莲药材中19种微量元素包括钠、镁、铝、硅、钾、钛、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、银、镉、锡、汞、铅含量的测定方法。方法样品经微波消化后直接采用八极杆碰撞/反应池技术结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行测定。结果测定方法中所有元素的线性相关系数(r)都大于0.9990,检出限在0.001~0.051μg·kg^-1之间,重复性和稳定性的相对标准偏差(RSD)都小于10%,药材的加标回收率在88.64%-102.98%之间,符合痕量分析的要求。结论本方法检出限低、操作简单、快速,且灵敏度高,可作为穿心莲药材中微量元素的定量分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish an ICP-MS method for simuhaneous determination of 19 trace elements, i. e. Na, Mg, Al, Si, K, Ti, Cr, Mn,Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Ag, Cd, Sn, Hg, and Pb, in Andrographis Herba. METHODS After microwave di- gestion treatment, samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry based in octopole reaction system (ORS). RESULTS The validated method indicated that the correlative coefficients (r) for all elements were above 0. 999 0. The limits of detections were in the range of 0. 001 -0.05 μg · kg^-1. The reproducibility and stability were satisfactory with all RSDs be- low 10%. The spiked recoveries for Andrographis paniculata were between 88.64% and 102.98%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which meets the requirement of trace analysis and can be used for the quality control of Andrographis Herba.
