摘要
通过讨论信息传递与组织结构的关系得到了以下结论 :1 )组织结构的演变与信息传递方式具有密切的联系 ;2 )这种联系是通过信息传递效率进而影响组织效率 ;3)从任务小组到直线职能制 ,影响信息传递效率的主要原因来自于协调关系所导致组织效率下降 ;4 )但从事业部制开始 。
Based on the discussion of the relationship between information transmission and structure of organization, we can get these results:1)there is relationship between structure evolution of organization and method of information transmission; 2) the efficiency of information transmission can effect the efficiency of organization;3)from group of task to functional institution, the main reason to effecting efficiency of organization is the efficiency of information transmission; 4) but in the more advantage organization over functional institution, the main reason is to improve fidelity of information transmission.
