摘要
旨在合成一种无毒环保、机械性能优良、耐水性良好的自干型苯丙乳液。配方设计乳液的死为35~45℃,分别考察了复合乳化剂配比、用量,软、硬单体配比以及改性有机硅单体乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(AC-75)的用量对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:复合阴,非离子乳化剂配比为3:1,用量为2.5%,硬、软单体质量比为2:1,AC-75的用量为5%时,制得的改性苯丙乳液的综合性能最佳。
A kind of environmental friendly waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsion modified by silicon monomer, which could dry at room temperature and with desirable mechanical properties and excellent water resistance was prepared. The results showed, when Tg of the emulsion was designed at 35-45 ℃, the ratio between anionic and nonionic emulsifier was 3 : 1, the emulsifier dosage was 2.5%, the ratio between hard and soft monomer was 2 : 1, the dosage of silicon monomer AC-75 was 5%, the emulsion and its film would has good comprehensive performance.
