摘要
通过对2013-2016国际竞技健美操新规则的特点进行分析与研究,指出:新规则规范了难度动作的根命组和根命名,增加了技巧动作,更加重视动作的完成质量和艺术性,体现了竞技健美操发展的多元化要求。
Based on the characteristics of the new 2013-2016 international competitive calisthenics rule carries on the analysis and research,pointed out that the new rules regulated life difficulty movement to the root of the group and the root name,increased the action skills,pay more attention to the completion of action of quality and artistry,and showed the development of competitive aerobics diversified requirements.
