摘要
为满足四川地区高温高压(含硫化氢)气井固井的需要及进行技术储备,通过长时间的技术探索和大量的室内实验工作,研究总结出一套适合高温高压井的水泥浆体系和固井工艺。此水泥浆体系密度能够达到2.55g/cm3,并且在流动度大于21 cm的情况下2 h上下密度差仍能保持在0.03 g/cm3以下,且具有低失水,高强度,稠化时间线性可调等优点。此技术已成功应用于密度窗口窄的元坝21井超高密度水泥浆尾管固井施工中,施工过程顺利,固井质量良好。
After a lot of technical research and experiments,a suitable slurry system and cementing technology is developed in order to meet the demands of cementing HT/HP gas wells(containing H2 S) in Sichuan Basin.For this system,its density can reach 2.55g/cm3.Even though fluidity is more than 21 m,its density difference during about 2h is still below 0.03 g/cm3.Moreover,this system has some advantages of low water loss,high intensity,and linearly adjustable thickening time.This cementing technology has been successfully applied to Yuan 21 well with narrow density window,in which high-density slurry is used.And cementing is smooth and its quality is very well.
