重点阐述了网带式热风循环电热比萨炉的工作原理和烘烤过程、结构设计和控制系统设计,以及对差异性结构设计的可行性分析;并通过研发试产后,提出功能扩展的设想,探讨遂道式万能蒸烤炉的初步设计方案,可以通过增加蒸气加湿功能来扩大比萨炉的适用范围。
This article focuses on the working principle and baking process with hot air circulation electric pizza oven, structure design and control system design, and the feasibility of different structure design analy- sis;and through research and development production, put forward the idea of functional expansion, tunnel type universal steam oven preliminary design scheme, To expand the scope of pizza oven by increasing the steam humidification function.
