摘要
针对三峡工程坝址洪水特性和近20年来长江上游径流呈减小趋势及入库泥沙明显减少的变化,分析了三峡工程初步设计的水库调度运行方式存在的问题。实施了汛期中小洪水滞洪调度和提前至汛末水库蓄水方式,对利用洪水资源存在的防洪风险和水库泥沙淤积增加等问题提出了对策措施;阐述了库尾减淤调度试验和汛期沙峰调度试验成果,探索了水库"蓄清排浑"运行的新型模式,为科学调度,合理利用洪水资源提供了技术支撑。
Aiming at the flood characteristics at dam site of Three Gorges Project and the facts that the runoff in upper Yangtze River is decreasing in the last 20 years and the sediment entering the reservoir is decreasing obviously,the operation and dispatch mode problems existed in the initial design of Three Gorge Reservoir are analyzed.In recent years,the flood-detention dispatch mode for middle-small flood in flood season was carried out and initial impoundment time was advanced to the end of flood season,therefore some countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems such as flood-control risk and sediment deposition increment in the reservoir in flood resources utilization.The test results of sediment deposition reduction in the reservoir tail and sediment peak dispatch in flood season(increasing water discharge before the peak incoming sediment arrives) are introduced and the new "storing clear and releasing muddy" dispatch mode is explored,which provides technical basis for reasonable utilization of flood resources.
