摘要
以氧化淀粉作为改性剂,采用正交试验法探讨了最终n(甲醛或F)∶n(尿素或U)、淀粉氧化时间、氧化淀粉加入量和交联时间等对氧化淀粉改性UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量和胶接强度的影响。研究结果表明:当最终n(F)∶n(U)=1.2∶1、淀粉氧化时间为3 h、氧化淀粉加入量为10%(相对于甲醛和尿素总质量而言)和交联时间为60 min时,氧化淀粉改性UF胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量低于0.09%、胶接强度为1.48 MPa且耐水性明显提高;此时,相应胶合板的甲醛释放量(0.04 mg/L)满足GB/T 9846.3—2004标准中E0级指标要求。
With oxidation starch as modifier,the influences of some factors(such as finally molar ratio of n (formaldehyde or F ):n ( urea or U ) , oxidalion time of starch, mass fl:aclion of oxidation starch, and erosslinking time) on free formaldehyde contents and bonding strengths of UF(urea formahlehyde resin) adhesives modified by oxidation starch were discussed by orthngonal experiment. The research resuhs showed that the formaldehyde emission (0.04mg/L) of corresponding plywood eouhl meet the E0 level index requirement in GB/T 9846.3--2004 standard because the free for,naldehyde content was lower than 0.09%,the hnnding strenglh was 1.48 MPa, and the water resistance was obviously improved for UF adhesive modified by oxidation starch when the finally molar ratio of n (F) :n ( U ) was 1.2:1, oxidat ion time of starch was 3 h, mass fraetion of oxidation starch was 10% in total formahlehyde and urea, and crosslinking time was 60 min.
