摘要
以猴樟和芳樟幼苗为材料,研究了自然降温过程中其叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数的变化.结果表明,自然降温胁迫中,叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数与樟树抗寒性密切相关.随着气温的下降,2种樟树的叶绿素总量、叶绿素a、叶绿素a/b及最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在光化学效率(Fv/F0)均呈明显的下降趋势,而初始荧光(F0)则呈明显的上升趋势,由此表明,降温胁迫已对PSII反应中心造成了光化学伤害,因而PSII光化学效率下降.而自然降温过程中,猴樟叶绿素总量、叶绿素a、叶绿素a/b、Fv/Fm及Fv/F0下降程度和F0的上升程度均明显小于芳樟,因此认为猴樟对自然降温胁迫具有更广泛的适应策略.
The effects of natural temperature reduction stress on chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of two camphor species were studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of camphor tree were closely related to its cold resist- ance during natural falling of temperature. The total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll a/b and Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 decreased significantly, but F0 increased as the temperature dropped, which indica- ted that PS II was caused by photochemical damage, thus the PS II photochemical efficiency de- creased. The decrease of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll a/b and Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo and increase of F0 of Cinnamonum bodinieri Levl was less than linalool - type, therefore, it is believed that Cinnamonum bodinieri Levl has a wider range of adaptation strategies for the natural temperature reduc- tion.
