摘要
以洛阳市为例,在GIS构建的软件平台——县域耕地资源管理信息系统V4.0的基础上,通过定性选择和定量分析构建了耕地地力评价指标体系,采用特尔斐法、层次分析法(AHP)确定了各准则层和指标层的权重,运用模糊评价、多因子综合评价等数学方法和模型,实现了洛阳市耕地地力的定量化评价并完成了数据库的构建.结果表明,洛阳市耕地地力部等级分为6级,粮食数量和质量都比较安全,满足当地需求.
Taking Luoyang city as an example, the paper constructed the index system on cultivated land fertility evaluation through qualitative choice and quantitative analysis based on the software plat- form built by GIS-Information management system V4.0 of cultivated land resources, It ascertained the weight of each rule layer and index layer by using Delphi and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). It realized the quantitative evaluation and designed the database successfully. The results show that the department level of cultivated !and fertility is divided into 6 grades. The quantity and quality of food both are secure and it can meet the local needs.
