摘要
在对我国高校合并学科建设现状的回顾的基础上,指出高校合并学科建设评价体系建立的重要性,并尝试运用软系统方法论对高校合并后学科建设效果的评价进行分析,以得出需要评估的不同模块,再对不同模块确立关键绩效指标。
Based on the review of existing literatures on disciplines building after university merger in China, the paper pointed out the importance to establish the evaluation system. Then it used soft systems methodology to develop the key performance indicators which may help to evaluate the effectiveness of disciplines building.
