摘要
考虑由制造商、分销商和零售商组成的三级供应链,其中产品的市场需求是随机的且受到零售价格的影响。假设市场需求是价格的乘法函数,分别得出整合决策和分散决策下供应链成员的最优决策。研究表明,跨级收益共享合同既可以协调整个供应链也可以实现各成员的多方共赢,并经算例分析验证跨级收益共享合同的有效性。
The paper investigates the coordination problem of a three echelon supply chain consisting of a manufacturer, a distributor, and a retailer facing stochastic demand that is influenced by retail price. The optimal policies are studied in the integrated and decentralized supply chain under the assumption that the demand has a multiplicative functional form. It shows that a properly designed span revenue sharing contract can achieve supply chain coordination and lead to a Pareto im proving win win situation for supply chain members. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effective ness of the span revenue sharing contract.
