一种提高避雷器泄漏电流测试精度的金具设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 做避雷器泄漏电流试验时,为了保证测量的准确性,测量导线应与避雷器本体尽量成90°夹角,同时注意加压线与避雷器金属外壳保持有足够的距离。针对当前市场上出售的金具不能满足上述测试条件,设计开发出一种实用高效的可旋转长触头金具。新式金具在避雷器泄漏电流测试中表明:电压等级越大,测试数据的改善越明显,测试值也越准确;电压等级越小,测试数据便不受金具影响。新式金具不但提高了避雷器测试数据的精度,而且具有的实用和推广价值。 During the arrester leakage current test, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the measuring line should be perpendicular to the arrester as far as possible, meanwhile the high voltage line and the shell of the arrester should keep enough distance. However, the hardware fitting of the market can't meet the expected standard. Therefore, a kind of practical and efficient hardware fitting which has a long rotatable contact is designed. The new fittings in the arrester leakage current test showed that: the higher of the voltage level, the improvement of the test data is more obvious, and the test values are more accurate; the lower of the voltage level, the test data will not be affected by the fittings.
