摘要
为了减少涤粘系列品种布面竹节,分析了竹节形态以及形成原因。通过优化纺部各工序工艺参数配置,在圈条器上方安装导条轮,改造并条机底盘传动轮以及加强运转操作管理等,最终使该系列品种布面竹节明显减少,布面质量满足了使用要求。
To reduce yarn slubby on polyester viscose series product surface, slubby shape and causes were ana- lyzed. Processing data in each process were optimized, guide wheel was installed above can eoiler. Chassis driving wheel on drawing frame was modified. Operation and management were strengthened. Finally slubby yarn on the series product can be reduced obviously, fabric surface quality can reach use demands.
