摘要
为解决CAPP与PPS之间相互孤立和单向顺序式的功能结构所带来的问题 ,针对单件小批订货生产企业在技术准备、计划管理方面的约束 ,从Internet应用角度 ,提出了基于分布式动态工艺设计的CAPP和PPS集成化模型 ,并结合该类企业生产计划与调度的层次结构 ,系统地研究了由设计层、零件作业计划层、车间作业计划层和调度层等层次构成的基于分布式动态工艺设计的CAPP和PPS集成化模型。
Single-piece &small-lot & make-to-order production (SPSLMOP) requires urgently the rationalization of resource utilization and process designing and plan scheduling, so in order to solve the isolation and the unilateral sequence between CAPP and PPS, we propose the integrated system model of CAPP and PPS based on the distributed & dynamic process planning. We give the frame model from the application of Internet, and then discuss systematically the model including the designing layer, the part planning layer, the shop planning layer and the scheduling layer in detail.
