摘要
本文通过对刚玉烧结材料的体积密度、气孔率、物相组成和表面形貌的分析,研究氟化钡等八种添加剂对烧结刚玉材料性能的作用效果。通过开发添加二氧化锰石墨复合添加剂的方法,在低于传统煅烧温度100℃下,制备出性能优异的烧结刚玉材料。材料的刚玉相含量>93%,体积密度、气孔率等指标都要优于传统煅烧温度煅烧制备的烧结材料原样,且耐火度也达到国家标准。
Based on the analysis of the density of volume, porosity, the phase composition and the surface morphology, we have studied the effect of barium fluoride in 8 kinds of additives on the properties of sinter corundum materials. Under the condition of 100℃ lower than conventional calcination temperature. We have successfully fabricated the sinter corundum with good performance by adding manganese dioxide and graphite together. The corundum phase content of about 93 %, were found in our samples. The bulk density and the porosity density of our samples were also better than the conventional one. Further, the refractoriness also reached the national standard.
