细胞生物学“半开放设计性实验”教学的意义与实施方法 被引量:11

摘要 为了培养学生细胞生物学实验的自主学习与创新能力,在分析常规教学、开放设计实验教学的作用及存在问题的基础上,提出了"半开放设计性实验"教学的概念,论述了其实施优势、实施时机和实施方法。通过2个细胞生物学"半开放设计性实验"教学实例,进一步表明了该法具有便于实施、实验结果和实验成本可控、适宜于正常教学时间开展的优势。通过学期末调查学生对于该法教学效果的评价,证实该法的确能够起到激发学生自主学习积极性、提高其细胞生物学实验综合素质与创新实验能力的作用。 In order to improve students' abilities to learn independently and boost their creativity in conducting cell biology experiments, a new teaching concept called " Half-Open Designed Experiments (HODE)" is put forward by analyzing the effects and drawbacks of both the conventional and the "Completely Open-Designed Experiments (CODE)" teaching process. The advantages of HODE, the proper time and way to implement are covered. By using two practical cases of HODE, it is found that it is easy to implement, and can control over the cost and process of the experiment, and is suitable for routine teaching periods. Based on survey of students at the end of the semester, HODE can stimulate students' interest in learning independently, improve their comprehensive abilities in conducting cell biology experiments, and build their innovateive abilities.
