摘要
学风是普通高校办学思想、教育教学质量和管理水平的综合体现,是高等教育研究中的重要课题。学风建设必须遵循高等教育规律和学生成长规律,坚持育人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面促进学生成长成才。开展学风调研、加强学业指导、做好学业服务、实施学业督导、强化素质拓展、优化育人环境、开展学风评比是学风建设的有效路径。
The school tradition is synthesis manifests of the school thought, the education quality of teaching and the management level in college, is important topic in the higher education research. It must follow the rule on higher education and students grow, persisted nurture of education , the moral education artificially for first, ability for heavy, comprehensively promotes the student to grow matures. The development school tradition investigation and study, the enhancement studies instruction, completes the studies service, the implementation studies direction, the strengthened practice development, nourishes the human environment, ＂the development school tradition comparison and appraisal is effective way in the school tradition construction.
