摘要
以某钢厂内部污水厂为例,介绍高效沉淀池+V型滤池+多介质过滤+反渗透组合工艺处理钢厂废水的效果、工艺、设计参数、投资和运行成本。该工程处理水量为2.4×104m3/d,主要去除水中的SS、硬度及浮油。经该工艺处理后,出水可满足该钢厂的用水水质标准,这可节省钢厂的部分取水费用及排污费用,每年可为该厂节约1 750万元,同时也减少了对环境的污染。
Taking a steel mill internal treatment project as an example, the design parameters, treatment effect, project investment and operation cost are introduced, the combined process of high sedimentation tank + V type filter + .many medium filter+ reverse osmosis are used to treat urban sewage. The treatment capacity is 2.4×10^4 m^3/d, mainly to remove SS, hardness and floating oil in the water. After this process, the effluent water can meet the factory's water use index, it can save the cost and part of the water pollution cost, every year for the factory to save 17.5 million yuan, but also reduce the pollution to the environment.
