摘要
实验分别采用零价铁、镍/铁和钯/铁双金属在水中处理模拟氯苯气体,考察了3种体系的催化脱氯效果.选取钯铁双金属体系研究温度、钯化率及氯苯初始浓度对脱氯效果的影响.实验结果表明,双金属对氯苯的去除率均高于零价铁,钯铁体系脱氯效果最好;低的反应温度有利于氯苯的还原脱氟;氯苯浓度在150~800mg·m-3时,去除率随氯苯的浓度升高而增大;金属比例在0~0.05%时,钯铁体系的还原脱氯能力随钯化率的增加而增强.
The capabilities of Fe0 , Ni/Fe bimetal and Pd/Fe bimetal for reductive dechlorination of simulated chloro- benzene gas in aqueous solution were studied. Several important experiment parameters involved in this process were studied in the Pd/Fe system, including reaction temperature, Pd loading and initial concentration of chlorobenzene. The results showed that the removal efficiency of chlorobenzene by bimetal was higher than that by Fe0 , and the Pd/ Fe bimetal performed best in accelerating the reductive dechlorination reaction. Lower reaction temperature was in favor of chlorobenzene dechlorination; and the dechlorination efficiency increased with the increase of initial concen- tration of chlorobenzene and Pd weight ratio (Pd to Fe).
