摘要
近年来,虽然从中央到地方政府的高度重视及一系列"产前、产中、产后"重大战略举措的逐步实施,使云南省农产食品质量安全状况有了明显改观,但总体形势依然严峻。文章针对现阶段影响云南农产食品质量安全的主要诱致因素,从强化农产食品质量安全意识、转变农业生产经营理念与方式、提高生产经营者整体素质、推动科技创新与进步和净化农业农村生态环境等方面提出解决之策,以期为有效保障区域农产食品质量安全提供参考。
In recent years,although central and local government have paid much attention on the issue and important strategic measures before production,after production and in the process of production were carried out,food quality and safety produced in Yunnan Province was significantly improved,but the general situation was still severe.According to main causes influencing food quality and safety of Yunnan Province at present,solutions were proposed,such as strengthening the concept of food quality and safety,changing management concept and mode of agricultural production,boosting total quality of producer,promoting science and technology advance,and purify rural ecological environment.This will provide reference for effectively guard the quality and safety of local products.
