摘要
苄叉丙酮作为重要的化工原料,应用广泛,可以作为合成香料的原料,也可以用作镀锌、镀镍的光亮剂,它还具有一定的杀虫剂和驱虫剂功效。其经典合成方法是利用苯甲醛和丙酮在稀碱作用下发生Claisen缩合反应,合成方法稳定,但收率偏低,后处理复杂,三废偏多。本文综述了合成苄叉丙酮的方法,比较各方法的优缺点,选出一条最有优势的合成路线。
Benzylidene acetone as an important chemical raw material was widely used and can be used as the raw material of synthetic spices,as well as for zinc,nickel plating brightener,which also had some pesticides and repellent effect.The classic synthesis method was the use of benzaldehyde and acetone under the action of dilute alkali of Claisen condensation reaction.The synthesis method was stable,but the yield was low,the post-processing complex,and"three wastes" bullish.The synthesis of benzylidene acetone method was reviewed.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of each method,one of the most advantages of synthetic route was selected.
