摘要
介绍一种火炬系统总泄放量的限制方法和计算,通过间接或直接的方式对安全阀入口处设置限流孔板或者调节阀,减少安全阀泄放量,从而限制火炬系统总泄放量,进而达到减小火炬系统设计规模的目的。工程实例表明,在安全仪表等级许可的情况,该方法能够达到限制火炬系统总泄放量的目的,为项目设计、场地、投资、进度带来方便。
A kind of methodology and calculation to limit total flare load by means of reducing safety valve relieving capacity directly or indirectly was introduced,which helped to realize the purpose of reducing the design scale of the flare.Engineering practice showed that with the permission of safety instrumented system,the methodology can limit total flare load,which brought advantages to the project designing,space,cost and schedule.
