摘要
根据光电跟踪测量设备在制造和修理过程中的内场测试需求,从双轴转台设计、直流力矩电动机选型、控制系统设计、靶标设计和应用软件设计等五个方面研究了双轴旋转靶标式光电测试系统设计问题。提出了基于该系统的光电跟踪测量设备的电视和红外两个通道的方位和俯仰跟踪精度、跟踪速度、跟踪加速度等功能和性能的内场测试方法。该系统具有可靠性高、测试环境可控、重复性好、效费比高等特点。
According to the infielder test requirement of photoelectric tracking measurement device manufacture and repair, the Two-axes revolving drone photoelectric test system design problem is researched on five aspects of two-axes turntable, DC moment electromotor choices, control system design, drone design and application software design. Based on the sys- tem, the infielder test methods of photoelectric tracking measurement device TV and IR two channels azimuth and pitching tracking precision, tracking velocity, tracking acceleration etc. function and capability are put forward. The results show that the system has characteristics of high reliability, controllable test environment, good iterant characteristic, high ratio of benefit to cost etc.
