摘要
针对国内柴油发电机组自动化控制的现状与要求,介绍了基于MSP430为核心器件的电站自动化控制器硬件电路结构、软件框图及其实现方法。通过MSP430内置的模数转换模块采集柴油发电机的三相输出电压、电流和频率等电参量,以及油温、油压、油位和5路预留的模拟量输入等信号;处理器对采集数据进行分析处理,实现数据监测和柴油发电机组的运行控制;通过键盘和液晶显示实现人机交互。实验表明,该控制器结构紧凑、操作简单、运行可靠,可广泛应用于工业领域中的发电机组自动化系统。
According to the present situation and requirements of automatic contralling diesel generator set in China,the hardware circuit structure,software diagram and implementation method of power station automatization controller based on MSP430 is proposed.Three-phase output voltage,current,frequency and other electrcal pourameters,as well as oil temperature,oil pressure,oil level and reserved five channels analogue input signals, are acquired by MSP430's built-in A/D module.The collected data is processed and analyzed by the processor to realize the data monitoring and the operation control to diesel generators.The human-computer interaction is realized by keyboard and LCD screen.The analyses show that this controller is compact,easy to operate and reliable,meanwhile,it can be widely used for generator set automation system in industrial field.
