摘要
首先分析了生产制造企业物流外包的内涵及其驱动机制,从而引出了两者进行联动发展的问题,接着就目前两者联动发展的市场状况及生产制造企业在两者联动发展合作中处于优势地位的原因进行了分析,从而明确了要实现联动发展的路径关键在于物流产业的创新和提高,最后从物流服务理念、服务模式、物流客户开发、物流服务外包风险管理以及物流服务成本管理等方面提出了物流企业实现联动发展的创新路径。
In this paper, we first analyzed the connotation and driving mechanism of the logistics outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises, then, in view of the joint development of the manufacturing and logistics industries, analyzed the current market situation and the reason why the manufacturing enterprises dominated the inter-industrial relationship, clarified that the key to the joint development of the two lied in the innovation and improvement of the logistics industry, and at the end, from the asp^ts of service notion, service mode, client development, service outsourcing risk management and service cost management, etc., proposed the path for the innovation to facilitate the joint development of the two industries.
