二级气浮/二级生化处理炼油废水工程实例

摘要 通过对石油化企业炼油废水水质特性的分析,采用隔油+二级气浮+氧化沟+接触氧化(二级生化)工艺处理炼油废水。实践表明,二级气浮+二级生化处理工艺对炼油废水COD平均去除率为95%、氨氮平均去除率为92%,石油类平均去除率为99.8%,挥发酚去除率99.8%,硫化物去除率为98%。出水满足广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值(DB4426-2001)一级排放要求。 In view of the characteristics of the refining wastewater from petrochemical corporations, oil removal, two-stage floatation, oxidation ditch and biological contact oxidation(two-stage biochemical process) process was used to treat the refining wastewater. The actual results indicated that the average removal rates of COD, NH3-N, Oil, Volatile phenol and sulfide by the two-stage floatation and two-stage biochemical process were 95 %, 92 %, 99.8 %, 99.8 % and 98 % respectively. Effluent quality was superior to the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Guangdong province.
