摘要
依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对高效液相色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中巴豆醛含量的不确定度进行评定。结果表明标准溶液的配制和标准曲线的拟合是不确定度的主要来源,当卷烟样品主流烟气中巴豆醛含量为17.23μg/支时,扩展不确定度为1.44μg/支(k=2)。
The determination uncertainty of crotonaldehyde in cigarette mainstream smoke by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was evaluated based on JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. Main sources of uncertainty were the standard solution preparation and linear regression equation. The expanded uncertainty was 1,44 μg/cig (k=-2) as crotonaldehyde content in cigarette mainstream smoke was 17.23 μg/cig.
